1. Our products

WoofCore products are complementary pet food supplements for dogs. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is general information, not veterinary advice. If your dog has a health condition, is pregnant, or takes medication, speak to your vet before use. Always follow the feeding guidelines on the pack.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where there is an obvious pricing error; if we cancel, you are refunded in full. You must be 18 or over and provide accurate delivery and payment details.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout; see our shipping policy. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Promotional discounts apply as described at the point of sale; unless stated otherwise a first-order discount applies once per customer and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew and are billed automatically on the cadence you choose until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee; you can cancel, skip, or pause anytime from your account or by emailing us. 5. Delivery, returns, and guarantee

Delivery is described in our shipping policy. Cancellation rights, returns, and our 60-day money-back guarantee are described in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Using this site

You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to WoofCore or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product reviews you submit must be honest and based on real use; we may remove content that is unlawful or misleading.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK keep the protection of their local law.
