Rates

• Subscription orders: free UK delivery on every box, first box and all renewals included.
• One-time orders, Standard delivery: £4.99, free on orders of £40 or more (order total after any discounts).
• One-time orders, Express delivery: £12.00.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch; Express is faster. These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers occasionally run late. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your order confirmation, email info@woofcore.uk and we will chase it or replace it.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription boxes ship automatically on your chosen cadence, with free UK delivery on every renewal. You can check or change your next shipping date anytime from your account.

Problems

Wrong address entered at checkout? Email info@woofcore.uk as soon as possible and we will try to catch the parcel before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the product price.
