The 60-day money-back guarantee

Every first order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you have fed the chews as directed and you are not happy with the results within 60 days of your first delivery, email us at info@woofcore.uk and we will refund the full price you paid for that first order. You do not need to send anything back for the guarantee, and it makes no difference whether you bought one time or subscribed.

The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first order of a product. Refunds go to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email info@woofcore.uk within that window. Because our products are consumable goods, this right covers unopened pouches in their original sealed packaging; once a pouch is unsealed it can no longer be returned under this right (the 60-day guarantee above still applies). We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation is your responsibility. Returns go to: Arden Guest House, 219, Coventry, UK. Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email info@woofcore.uk right away with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full, including any postage, at no cost to you.

Subscription orders

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but is separate from refunds. You can cancel, skip, or pause anytime from your account or by emailing us; see the cancellation policy for details. The 60-day guarantee covers your first subscription box like any other first order.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other law. If a product is faulty or not as described, your legal remedies apply regardless of the guarantee terms above.
