Cancellation policy

How the subscription works

A WoofCore subscription automatically renews. When you subscribe you choose a delivery cadence (for example every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days) and we bill your payment method and ship a new box on that schedule until you cancel.

What you pay

• Your first subscription box is discounted 40 percent off the one-time price. This discount applies to the first order only.
• Every renewal after that is charged at the recurring subscription price, which is 25 percent off the one-time price (at current prices: 60ct £48.74, 90ct £74.99), plus any shipping shown at checkout.
• Both the first-box price and the recurring price are shown on the product page and at checkout before you commit.

Cancel, skip, or pause anytime

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel, skip a delivery, change the cadence, or pause anytime from your account on this site, or by emailing info@woofcore.uk. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date; you can see that date in your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. Any order already billed and dispatched is handled under our refund policy.

Renewal reminders and price changes

We notify you by email before each upcoming renewal charge. If we ever change the recurring price of your subscription, we will tell you by email in advance and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it keeps failing, the subscription is paused so you are not shipped anything you have not paid for.

Refunds

Your first subscription box is covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee described in our refund policy. Statutory rights are unaffected.
