We stand behind our products. If you or your dog are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to return

1. Email us at info@woofcore.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3. Post the product back to us (return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty).
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened products are eligible for return (we understand your dog needs to try it).
• Items must not be completely empty.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or order number).

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@woofcore.uk. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we confirm receipt of the returned item.
